The feature project at 7 Horbury Crescent involves the comprehensive refurbishment and alteration of the upper maisonette in a late Victorian building located in the heart of Notting Hill.
Cardona London acquired the property in a derelict condition, recognizing the opportunity to reconstruct nearly all major structural elements from the first floor up to the roof terrace.
With planning consent secured, we are replacing the outdated third-floor conservatory with a traditional brick extension that complements the building’s Victorian character. Our design studio has developed a bespoke interior design pack age to position the new maisonette as one of the finest two-bedroom units in the area, defined by a curated palette of finishes, an open-plan layout, and the transformation of the roof terrace into a distinctive entertaining space
